Shipping Policy
As all work provided by Nitesh Synergy is virtual, there is generally no shipping involved. However, in the case that physical products or materials need to be shipped for any work-related purposes, the following terms apply:
- Timely Delivery: All shipments will be processed and delivered on time. While efforts will be made to ensure prompt delivery, delays due to external factors (e.g., shipping carrier issues) are beyond our control.
- Returns: Products or materials related to work may be returned, but only if they are undamaged and in their original condition. Return requests must be made within [number of days] days of receiving the product.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately for a replacement or repair.
Please note that the shipping policy is applicable only when physical goods are involved in the project, and not for virtual services like training, workshops, or digital work.
